The implementation of the Module «University autonomy in the development of democratic values in higher education: the experience of EU Member States for Ukraine» provides to conduct training sessions for PhD students: lectures (60 hours), seminars (60 hours), trainings (44 hours), intensives (16 hours).
PhD students will get acquainted:
– with the goals and values of the EU, the principles of democratic governance in society;
– with the EU’s educational policy, priorities of the European Area of Higher Education development, regulatory support for university autonomy;
– with the role of university autonomy in the processes of sustainable development of civil society, the formation of socially active and responsible citizens, ensuring the quality of higher education;
– with the experience of the best policies and practices of the EU countries on the implementation of the principles and components of university autonomy.
At the seminars, students will have the opportunity to deepen and consolidate their knowledge of the implementation of principles and components of the university autonomy.
Trainings will focus on the development of practical skills of implementing the principles and components of university autonomy.
Intensives will provide an opportunity to repeat and systematize the educational material on key topics.
