The aim of the project – to provide education and training of future PhDs on the implementation of university autonomy in Ukraine based on EU experience.
Tasks:
1. Mastering the system of knowledge on university autonomy in the EU Member States by future doctors of philosophy (PhD).
2. Study of the EU Member States experience in the implementation of university autonomy.
3. Mastering by future doctors of philosophy (PhD) the principles, policies and practices of the four components of university autonomy: academic, financial, organizational and personnel.
4. Promotion of the EU’s progressive experience in university autonomy.
