Mastering the system of knowledge on university autonomy in the EU Member States by future doctors of philosophy (PhD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Study of the EU Member States experience in the implementation of university autonomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Mastering by future doctors of philosophy (PhD) the principles, policies and practices of the four components of university autonomy: academic, financial, organizational and personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
